Shipping has a 5 day processing and 3-4 days for shipping. We typically ship USPS- First Class/Priority.

Teacher Noire is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Teacher Noire cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

Customers accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when purchasing. Teacher Noire is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you receive an item that was damaged or the wrong size/item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your delivery and we will replace your damaged item.
